Well i finally got the rear axle out, and it's not looking too pretty, for now at least. Pretty positive it needs a new bearing carrier, which do you all prefer? trying to spend as little amount of money as possible. also take a look at my axle and sprocket and let me know if i can reuse them. Thanks in advance guys!!!

and the spacer in the carrier fell out as well, nothing holding it in. if i had to guess, i'd say this rear end hasn't been serviced in a while. what do you all thing? hahaha

The axle and sprocket don't look too bad, but your gonna have to replace the rest. I have heard good things about RPM products regarding value and quality, but have no first hand experience with them. You can probably find a decent used OEM in the for sale section, maybe. Good luck with that!!

I'd get a twin row with an external Zert fitting . Save yourself a lot of work and hassle down the line. For instance e-bay item # 360296239785
$$ Buck-Fitty, Billet, Brandy New, delivered to the house !!!! Can't beat it. Pretty "Rad" man. JMO

i havent looked at carnage like that for a while. the axle and sprocket look alright but the carrier is def toast. lol time for a new one. if you have the cash def get a twin row. if not then any of them are alright. that right there is why it is hard to tell you that you will just need bearings without being there to look at it. lol it is destroyed and i would have never known it. I told you that you will need bearings but that i wasnt sure about the carrier for that reason. lol steve

For further reference, That is Precisely why you should always use the item # for e-bay rather than a link. E-bay links never work.

had to use it for my cheater bar to get the right hub off. it was on there snug, and i'm at my house up here at school and don't have all my tools available. so i used the bar on the bicycle seat as a cheater bar haha.

if you havent done it yet, you might shake the swinger side to side and make sure those bearings are good.
