valve guides and seals?

where can i get valve guides and seals besides service honda last time i dealt with service hona it took like a month for them to get my stuff to me

are valve guides and seals hard to install?

I beleive you need a press to remove and install the guides. It might be worth it to take apart the engine your self and just have a machine shop install the guides.
