Carb Problem

I just recently bought a 1992 Suzuki Quad Sport 250 4x4 My problem is im not getting fuel to the carb. Ive put new fuel line and new fuel filter checked the petcok it is letting fuel flow good theres a box that looks like some kind of fuel pump maybe?? Ive taken it apart clean it and still no luck Anyone know whats going on here?

it is a fuel pump, i would replace it . and replace the hose going to the carb intake. also make sure the rubber intake boot is good. any leak and it won't work.
