I have done this multiple times I just wanted opinions Air Saw seems to be the best , Dremel works good takes forever , whiz wheel too powerful ..... just want some ideas going to do logans new ones tonight and wanted to see what people thought ?

Use the Dremel with the plastic cutting disc.

Jigsaw with a metal blade

i use a box cutter with a new blade.2 passes and it's done

LOL box cutter....do you work in retail? I did for 15 yrs and still call it a box cutter. Everybody looks at me weird :} That's what I cut fenders with also.

use 1/8 painters tape to do the lines, then put 2" painters tape on top of that. Make two lines abaout 1/16" to 1/8" apart, and then use a jigsaw to cut them. The tape protects the plastics from scratching. After that just use a file to smooth out the edges....my way anyway!!!!....:) :) ;) ;) :) :)

Really though, I thought about the fenders a bit too. Are yours broke or something? I started to think at least they might keep the rider from a few extra rock strikes. Not sure how much drag or anything the fenders really create.

Anyone with a wind-tunnel? Anyone?

No mine are new he likes his to look like mine (which mine were landed on ) I used a very sharp hbby knife , Dremel and jig saw !!! post pics later

I did the grocery store thing in my late teens.Guess thats where i picked it up

Yup, my kid likes my cut fenders too. I really do think they offer quite a bit of protection from being pelted by rocks when directly behind another rider (hopefully just to PASS!!! :D ). I convinced him I think... I still check every day to see if cut them in the middle of the night!

JMO,,, I ain't the sharpest BOX CUTTER in the shed either!!!
