will this work with the standard clutch? Direct OEM replacement? How much more oil capacity are we talking about?

Yes it works with the standard clutch. It bolts directly onto the same place the bronze colored honda piece did using the same bolts and o-ring. It adds an extra 100cc's of oil capacity.
