Well, I have come to the end of the road on the hybrid, decided to part it out to buy a new yzfr. Here's the list:

2004 prp yz450f frame, crf 450 link rear, 250r front. Been repaired near the upper rear shock mount, and seems to be holding up. $200

Laeger Protrax +3+0 front end, pivots have been machined for 400ex, but still mounts to a 250r with shims, spindles tight up and down, heims have minor wiggle, not too bad $750

Laeger Protrax lower a-arms only +3+1, $200

PRP +1 stem, $100

GPR top mount stabilizer mount has been modded to fit 250r, orig. a 450r stabilizer, $125

CRF450 linkage and Axis rear shock, comp/reb adjust, dual rate, 200lbs A rider, rear shock recently serviced, $400

Rpm axle +4, slight tweak, can't feel it in the air, $100

RPM carrier, new bearings and seals, $75

Fox Evols, made for a trx450r houser setup, 200 lbs A rider, 2 years old, just serviced by fox three rides ago, $500

250r calipers (3), 450r front master cylinder, $100

250r front hubs anb galfer wave rotors - $100

250r rear hubs - $50

Ac nerfs, laeger propeg style, $50

Maier orange plastic, typical burn hole on the rear, front clip is in good shape, probbaly just buy a rear set, $150

250r seat, needs cover, $50

Douglas rolled bead front rims, and Maxxis tires (50% tread), $100

Rear Douglas beadlocks - $100

2004 yz450f dirt bike engine - cp high comp piston, less than 10 hours, full hinson clutch, hot cams, new crank last winter, only flaw is the top mount on the head is broken, motor rips, comes with carb and electrics, $1500

yfz 450 FMF pipe, slight caliper ding, not bad, good shape otherwise, $250

250r x factor front bumper, pc'd black, not bad, $25

250r grab bar, might be AC, pc'd black, $25
