Jetting for Sparks Big Core Exhaust+FCR Carb= ????

The paper work with the pipe says Stock Pilot Jet, 190 Main Jet, and Needle on Clip 3. Is this a good spot to start with the FCR Carb ? I cant find their site to contact them. Currently in it is a 210 Main Jet (it was all i had above a 175 lol and its been 100+ degrees here), Stock Pilot Jet, and not sure where the needle is. It had an Nmotion Exhaust on it before. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

Just again going on what I have. Have a '07 FCR on my '05, 168 main, 52 pilot, 3rd position on needle. That's for a Rage ported head, 470 12.5:1 Duncan Big Bore, Vortex X10, Rossier Full Ex. in 90+ temps at Sea Level. Hope it helps.
