The Sutfins willl be there Saturday night for Sunday. Hockey starts on Saturday, so Thane will only be racing one day. He's bummed about that even though he loves hockey.

Bryan, I'll call you to talk about where to setup my stuff for sale. Thanks again for taking me to Portland, I'm also on the lookout for a 450r and I'm learning to lean more in the corners :)

How will the program be run this weekend?
All quads run 1 moto and start over and run moto 2? Or kids run both their motos in the morning, then big quads in the afternoon?

I did, but didn't get a chance to meet you. I came in the morning and dropped my quad and pit bike in the for sale section (missing a dog mine by inches) and then came back to watch the quads in the afternoon races. Great time. WISHING I could have raced. I'm hoping to pick up a trx 450r this week. Need to sell my 250x to recover, so I'm aggressively doing that now...

Yeah, I think I saw you! You guys ran with the C class behind Bryan - right? Sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you. Bryan was busy running the track and so on, so he didn't get a chance to introduce me to some of you guys and I'm only familiar with the forum handles - not so much the bikes just yet.

Yes, I did have my quad up near the concession area with the pit bike. It was in the split rail fenced in area near the playground.

I'm sure there will be another event we can meet at here soon. I'm dying to get the new quad and get familiar with it.

Yup, we were 2nd drop to the A and B guys (Bryan).

Maybe Portland will have another end of the year gig like last year. Where its an open run and a bring a dish to pass gig.

Bryan, any thoughts on doing this again this year?
Probably too soon yet.

I heard about that - not sure the date yet, but it was mentioned. That sounds like a really good time. What's best for me is that Portland is only 8 minutes away!

Yup, it was a good time. Hope they plan to do it again.

I vote yes for it. :D

What did they do last year?

Oh and Chad..just want to say that you are an amazing racer on that giant quad! That was the first time I really got to watch the utility class! Brandy said you were quite the racer on a sportquad too!

Thanks Kim :)
I like the pics too.

Last year PTR had like a last hurray gig. Everyone came out and rode most the day. Brought a dish to pass for a pot luck.
Some raced just for fun. Others just road.
It was a good time. Scrib did a great job.

Kim those are some cool pics! Chad ya tear it up on that thing. That first pic is bad ***...oops bad arse lol
Yes PTR will again be hosting the annual "Dog- Run" I think on the 16th which should be the saturday after the Harescramble that I think is on the 10th. It's a "frinds and family" thing and we do a for fun harescramble with quads in am , youth next , then bike classes. The track is then open to ride and many camp and party hard. It's always a blast. Show up and bring food\drinks. I historically am sick so hopefully I kick the trend lol.
I'm going to look into a youth quad race too mabey on mini track and extended course behind it
Nigel you missed a hellofa 2nd moto yesterday. Overall I got 1st! I'm a hurtin today..... Checkout my facebook page and see the pics

Yeah, sorry I missed it - I really liked watching the 1st moto but we had to pick up Nate, unload the quad & bike, etc. It was torture in a way - I wanted to ride SO bad! Nonetheless - great time just watching, can't imaging running too!
