I have put rivet after rivet back in it but the seem to keep coming out ?? ANY HELP APRECIATED !!

You're packing is gone. It is burned and blown out over time. You should be able to get packing from any motosports shop.

same thing happened to my exhuast. i drilled out all the old rivets, re packed it (a good how to video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOLddz9mxrw)
using a hand rivett gone even though it says you should use an air riveter, then i put a hose clamps (like the one that holds ur air filter on) over the rivets around the exhuast so that they couldnt get loose no matter what, and its been working great ever since.

Be sure you are using steel rivets. Aluminum rivets will not hold up.
