? about the bolts in top of tank.

I have an 05 450r. just got my new plastic in and cannot get one of the bolts in the top of my tank to come out. the insert in the tank turns with the bolt. has anyone else had this problem and if so how do i fix it?

Get neddle nose vise grips to hold the mettal collar. The collar is binding into the brass insert. Hold the collar and the bolt shous come out. Once out, but a lock washer between the bolt and the collar when you put it back together. 3 years this way with no other issues. The bolt sieses to the collar, and the collar digs into the soft brass making the 3 of them act as 1. The lock washer solves all this.
