Jet Question

The slow jet--when you hold it up to the light can you see thru it? I go this quad used, in not running condition. I got it running, but it has never idled unless the choke was all the way on. So I took off the carb and pulled the jets to see if there was any crud in there. I can barely blow thru it. What should I expect here?

you should be able to see through the jet. if you cant, hit it with some carburetor cleaner the holes small maybe the thickness of a paper clip or so.

If you have a wand for your compressor blow some air through there after you spray some carb. cleaner.
