how much oil in a 07 450r?

sorry for the stupid ? but i just got a used 07 with no manual, so how much oil do i put in on both sides? thanks

there is a sight glass for the motor side and on the tranny side there is a bolt right next to the clutch cover 10mm head and whe oil starts runnin out your there
