i just jetted my quad for below 3000 elevation but it idles real high which screw is the idle screw? i tried adjusting the mixture screw but it didn't help. can someone point out to me which one is the idle screw please?

I AM NOT ENITIRELY SURE - however, I have an 06 and my ilde screw is just below the carb. It looks like a black nob and you can turn it freely with just your hands. Left lowers my idle and right increases it. Hope this helps. And please dont burn my house down if I'm not right.

thanks. i have the same knob/screw. it goes to the throttle side of the carb so i figured that was it just wanted to ask before i adjusted it.

ok it idles real high like said before but the idle knob isn't doing anything for it no matter what way i turn it. i have checked the throttle cable and its isn't gettin hung up anywhere that i can see any ideas what else it is?
