Jetting for a friend

I am helping a friend with jetting and would like to know a good starting point.

Yoshi RS-2 Titanium full system
stock intake/filter.

Any help is appreciated.

What elevation? Closed airbox or open?

It is all stock except the exhaust. Closed airbox.

Try a 45 pilot and maybe a 175 main, needle in the middle.
