Should i get this 250

Hi, im 14 and i sold my 400ex a few months ago..i miss riding and i want a atv i can ride with limited problems. This 1989 suzuki caught my attention in my local craigslist. Im 5 8 and 130 pounds and i can handle a 400ex so i belive i can handle a 250r but i dont know how much they go for. Im a honda guy and looking to change it up a bit. how much is it worth?

His add says:

i'd offer about 700. the quadracers are awesome machines, you will like it alot more than the 400ex you had..

dude...im from ny also...go on craiglook and search lt250r's...there is a way nicer 92 for 800 i think...that looks beat.

I had a set of them back tires on my 300ex and they sucked *****. Just to let u know. I couldn't get them tires to hook up or anything
