what do i need

I am thinking of doing some tt racing over the winter, I have an ltr, no mods to the suspension or motor. just graphics, bumpers, kill switch. What is the minimum I will need to go do some races. What size tires are recommended?
do I need a swaybar?
Lowering kit?
