What is the cheapest way to reduce exhaust noise on my 2005 Rancher

Assuming u have a stock exhaust i think either cobra or kolpin make a stealth exhaust

a friend of mine bought tubing im guessing for a water system and put it in the exhaust and ran it down the back rack worked great
