i wanna know if you have to mill the cases, if the sleeve fits into the bottom end to allow for heat expansion or is it good to go with out doing this thank you very much with all the help

I think the Ebay kits that come with the new cylinder are fine they are bolt on and go.I have read on here though that some sleeves do require the case to be bored.

you need to measure the inside diameter of the case where the jug penetrates ,the case halves will most likely be out of round and can create a clearance issue where it squeezes the cylinder sleeve and in turn makes it egg shaped causing ring or piston failure. this happened to me on a stroker build , cost me some serious money and a lot of my time. So the thing you need to know is there should have .020 between the case and the jug sleeve all the way around ,Mickey Dunlap from Fourstroke tech has a thread about it do a search on it for more info
