I'm going to be ordering mine tomorrow (the HD). Has anyone had any problems with theirs I should watch out for? Good or bad, let me know what you think of them. Personally 720P at 60fps and 1080P at 30fps both sound pretty good to me for $300

Ive had mine for a while now and I love it. I usually shoot in 960p Because its alot more forgiving than 1080 as far as camera angle. The only thing I didnt like was the suction cup mount will not stick to my hood no matter what I do....Heres a short video shot in 960 (dont forget to change the resolution)

Thanks, I used it riding on the ice last winter and it worked great I'm sure it would be good for snowboarding. Check out this thread it has alot of good info

Ive had no trouble with the suction cup mount on my plastic. In fact Im amazed at how strong it holds.

They truly are a feat of engineering at a great price.

I use mine all the time. The only thing I would say is make sure you squeeze the back and case together while snapping the latch in place. I have broken several of the latches when Im in a hurry.

I shot a good chunk of this with my HD Go Pro

Absolutely love it!!!!! 12min in 960p was about 1.3gig of memory. I would get at least an 8gig to be on the safe side.

I would also suggest extra lens and curved helmet mounts . 8 gig card minimum.

I was thinking atleast 8 gigs too. Anyone have any advice on where to put the mounts? It doesn't seem like on the adhesive pads can be reused.

Ive reused the pads .Just pry them off slowly and dont touch them with your fingers. I was worried the camara would fall off initially so I had it mounted on the side of my helmet so I could see the housing but now I put it on the top. Ive used the plastic base that comes with the camera in the box as well to tape to irregular shaped parts like in my suspension video.
