View Full Version : yfz front end on a shee?

Hey guys was just wondering if any of you have ever seen a banshee with a 09 yfz front end on it or even if youve ever heard of such my friend is trying to buy a shee and there is one for sale locally and before we got look at it i figured id ask for some input from the forum guys anyway thanks

If its just one of the standard YFZ450's (Not the new R's) Then yes, it will work.

The top a-arm bolts right up, the bottom needs spacers to take up the extra room in the mount. Someone on BHQ sells them, or you can make your own.

You need the arms and aftermarket banshee tie-rods. (YFZ tie-rods wont work)

If you want it to handle properly, you should also get the YFZ spindle assemblies.

You will need longer shocks. The YFZ's will sit low. Unless you like that, I have seen someone put LTR450 shocks on and it sat perfect.
