My buddy just bought a ttr 125 to play around on in the woods and he asked me if I knew of any way to integrate some kind of key switch to make it so anybody can't just come up to it kick it over and ride off. Any ideas?

Get you a CCW and .45..... No worries my Friend. Or if you're not into Ballistics get you a Pit Bull and go K-9 on their ***. Personally I prefer Both Methods LOL.

tether or key could be hooked in anywhere pretty easy. you could hide it down in the frame somewhere. it would just have to go in like any other kill switch would be hooked up. finding one cheap may be the problem though, check ebay for a honda one, im sure you could find the ground and the hot wire on it to tap into it. just determine if is normally open when in the on position or normally closed, that will determine how it needs to be hooked up. finding out what kind of switch it is can be done with a continuity tester. steve
