i have a 440ex. head studts, hotcam, and fmf powercore 4 full exhaust. if i put a 4" spal fan on the stock oil cooler will it run hot?

Did you jet it correctly? if its jetted it should be fine.

i bought it used. it dosent hesitait. perfect throttle respons, and no missing, or anything. so i would say yes its jetted correcly

what color is the plug when it is chopped?

The spal would keep it from running hot.

read this for plug reading and jetting if there is a issue?

You should be fine if you don't try to run any external lights like I did. See my story of what happened this weekend while riding in a 10 hours race. At night we had a choice between an additional HID 55W light so I could see better or the spal fan to cool it down. We were running it so hard and it was HOT outside to begin with and when you kicked on the fan it immediately felt normal again. You aren't getting much air movement over the air cooler in the woods because you're pounding on the machine so hard but there's not a lot of air moving. At night sometimes I had to run both and it drained my battery. The thread is "Racing with Pros today." I don't think you'll have any issues at all with your set up.
