Tom Lanning from Arizona ATVs, told me he was selling me a 2009 Xtreme Typhoon 125cc with a 2 year factory warrany. He lied about everything he told me including the year of that atv. It is actually a 2007 FYM. A knock off to the Original Xtreme and now I'm looking for help because he refuses to do anything about it. :mad: :mad: :mad:

We received the atv on July 8, 2010 and the motor locked up in it on July 18, 2010.

First of all I want to know why you ( Tom Lanning ) lied and told me I was purchasing a 2009 Xtreme Typhoon when you actually sent me a 2007 FYM which is a knock of of the Original Typhoon.

Second, I want to know why you (Tom Lanning) lied about the 2 year factory warranty on the ATV.
