250r axle and 400ex brake parts

Hey guys, I have a 400ex and have a question for ya. Sorry I wasn't getting any real answers in the 400ex forum. I have a 250r bearing carrier, 250r axle, and 250r wheel hubs in my 400ex. Now my question is what to do with the brake rotor and hub. I have 2 options purchase 250r antifade with a 250r rotor or 400ex anti fade with 400ex rotor. My original stuff was shot and broke when I got the quad so I have to get new anyway. I have stock 400ex brake stay and 400ex rear caliper. Any input would be great! Thanks

my friend has a 250r axle, carrier and hubs. He is using the stock 400ex brake stuff, but he is using a 250r locknut.

he was told there is no way to used either a 250r or 400ex anti-fade. The 450r anti-fade will fit and fits the 250r rotor, but its distance to the clip is way off. I bought a 250r anti-fade off a guy who thought it would fit his 450r, it did, the nut was all the way out and wouldn't tighten.
