Just got my Baldwin oil cooler very simpel oper box take out oil cooler remove 5 bolts and one oil filter, add one O-ring and install

bracket for oil cooler does not fit 07 525 just have too call Baldwin and let then know and fab one uo my self

so Baldwin does not make a bracket that will fit the 07, or did they just send you out the wrong one?

I did some fiddling and I may have figure it out I need two longer bolts and metal spacer to move the bracket about 1/2 inch and every thing sold work still going to call and double check on the width of the spacer

Look like the IRS front engine mounts are different than the 450 should have a better idea tonight.

I got it figured out the difference between the 450 frame and IRS frame. On the 450 front engine mounts are higher, 450,s are on top of the down tube The IRS are below. I Just got to fab a plate this weekend.

Called Baldwin and let them know of the difference between the 450 and IRS front engine mounts and they are going to make a bracket for the IRS. :)

thanks Bill...I talked to mark, and he said that he would make a bracket to fit correctly. I told him I would buy a set after he got the fitment correct. Thanks for all of your info!

does this allow more oil in the engine or is just a cooler?

wish my set up was done but I hyperextended my knee last week and I am just know able to walk with out too much pain:grr:
