Dripping fuel into the air inlet and it runs fine but when i hook it up to the carb i doesnt want to even start, should the carb be rebulit?

Pull the carb completely, take it apart and clean thoroughly. Remove all jets and blow out with compressed air.
It can't hurt.

work for a little while but then it would just bog down and really couldnt go anywhere but it does run better and will idle like a champ

OK, so it idles now.

What does it do when you ease on the throttle and what happens when you stab the throttle.

What kind of carb and what jets are currently in it.

how would i find out what carb it is cause as far as i know its stock and its got an electric choke, i would love to get rid of electric and go manual and dont know anything about the jets

Just pull the carb off and look at it to see what make it is.. The jetting numbers are on each jet. If you want to put a better carb on it with manual choke. Look in the for sale section for a pe24 carb. It works great on 90's. You should be able to find one for around $50

ok kool ill look at it and get back with you but as i was looking at it more closely i found out that this thing is a 50cc not a 90 like i was told when i bought them, wish i knew that then cause i wouldnt have bought it, but is the carb the same for the 50cc?

its all fixed i just replaced the spark plug and tuned the carb and its all good thank you all for your help
