another protrax stem question

what variations of the steering stem if any were available for the protrax front end. every one i have seen is made for a narrow front and it is stock length. were +1 or +2 lengths available?
how about +1 forward?

I know they made them in a +1's and 2's but nut sure if you could get them in a plus forward.
