help sparks key and CDI

i am putting a sparks key in my 400 whitch CDI box should i go with sparks makes one but havent heard anything about it. can any one shed some light wanna do this by friday

not really a good idea to do both. Agreed. They both advance the timing so it wouldn't be a good idea to do both. A lot of us here feel that the CDI boxes are useless, unless you are going to be drag racing. Almost all of the EX's power is produced below the stock limit of 9100 RPMs.

well what would be the next best thing to do other than CDI
that will cost about the same?
i already have exhaust, k&n, and jet kit
so what would be next with out tearin down the engine
and only spending 100-130$?

up graded front shocks
spal fan
nerf bars
upgraded swinger skid

It all depends on what you've already got, and even MORE importantly,.... what is your riding style.
Your riding style and terrain, will govern what mods,and/or accessories will best suit your needs.
As well as your riding weight, how tall you are, etc.
