i have a 440 kit, and stock valve train other then a stage 3 hc. if i run kibble white valve spring as long as my stock valves are good will i need kibble white valves also? or are the stock ones in good condition still durable and will work for the 440?

I ran a stock valve train for quite sometime with no problems. If you're going to get the KW valve springs and have it apart I would go ahead and replace with the KW valves as well, it's just another way to increase reliability!!

Stock EX valves are surprisingly tough. I'm still running the stock valves in mine, now 11 years old--bought the machine in August of 99'.

You'll be fine with the stockers.

To me it seems like running that cam plus stiffer springs would ruin the stock valves pretty quickly. They would be slamming shut a lot harder than the stock cam and springs.
