450r rear shock + linkage

anyone runs this on your ex i heard it lowers the bike a little and works pretty good. when i bought my 450r front shocks, the rear one came with it along with the linkage. So i just have them sitting around.

The 450r shock on the rear of you 400ex is only gonna be more trouble than anything else. They are basically the same height and the 450r has a bucking problem. And i don't think it is a direct bolt-on mod.
