Cracked crank case cover

This question has probly already been asked in the forum but i have look and i cant find it. I have an 05 trx 450r and i keep cracking the rite side crank case cover just behind the kick start. I race cross counrty and do some mx.

Are you giving it gas when kicking it?

No mine starts without having to give it gas. This is the third one i have cracked. This last time i was riding at a local mx track when it happened. When the bearings go out around the kicker shaft can it cause it to crack?
