I live in the UK and want to learn about shock servicing and what the shims on the piston do.
I have never rebuilt a shock absorber before and kinda scared about doing this without some knowledge.
I have blown both front Elka shocks on my 700xx and would like to get them up and running.
Basically is there any classes ,etc or something that I can go to and rebuild a shock under guidance .
I am a privateer with some funding and would like to do my own shocks.
