I just picked up an 07 525.. Jet kit, FMF exhaust, K&N, airbox lid mod.. Thing runs great.. It does give me some intermittent start problems when it is hot.. It almost seems like a bad battery or starter, but the battery is new and it starts fine cold. Is there a decompression setup for this or has anyone had this issue? I noticed the fan runs for about 5 min after shutdown, so I think its running pretty hot. I have a Trailtech kit to install and I'll get a better idea on temp then.. I've found some info on valve adjustment causing this, but the engine is quiet and runs smooth. I bought from the original owner and it wasn't used much at all.. may have a total of 50hrs on it if that..
