personally i wouldnt go over 22" so u still have some torque. if you feel 'doggy' with power then raise your back sprocket or drop your front one. i think cheng shin c828's work pretty nice in mud from my experience.

I got 20-11-9 Razr's on my 300ex. And they do great
in mud, snow, dirt, grass, cow chit, you name it.

Hey X-1992, how exactly do you drop and
lower ur sprockets and what does it do. Just wonderin
I aint learned all these tricks yet.

keep your wolverine , if you want to pur mud tires on a sport quad your askin for trouble, i had bearclaws on my 300 and all they did was chew the axle bearing up after every ride because they were so stiff, They sucked up power big time, and cost me so much money in the end from axle bearings I regretted buying them.
If you can't have a sport quad with "sport tires" on it , you don't need a sport quad period and your better off with a 4x4.

i LOVE my bearclaws. they didnt take away any power and i have yet to get stuck. they work so good in mud and they take so long to wear down. i HIGHLY recommend them for trails and mud.:devil :devil :devil

See, There is always gonna be a point where you have too much traction, And when you have bearclaws is when you have Too much traction.
Razrs give enough traction while still being able to break the back wheels free and slide.

If you want to ride in mud keep the wolverine because your piped wolf will be able to hang with a stock 300 or a piped 300 for that matter in a drag.

hey, thats for the help and yea there is alot of traction. but im defantly gettin my ex, if i havta have the sport tires and cant go around some mudd then il just chuck a hand winch in my book bag then, no big deal. but what about the dirt devils, they looks decent. buddy with a blaster got vipers but he gets stuck quite a bit, and another tire i was wondering about the the realtor. but that i geuss my last choice would b to go with the maxxis all trak. any sujestions would help and other stuff like power kits and sprokets, nehelp on them too? thanks guys

Mud tire is a mud tire , get 22" razrs.
Once you get a sport quad you will learn to hate mud, believe me, I stoped riding it in , now i just hit dry trails , fire roads and mx tracks.

Razr or kenda klaws or knarly ... All tracks are pretty much the same thing as bearclaws , not the same tread , but heavy and stiff.
My buddy has a 95 300ex forsale , all new black ufo plastic, Bored, port and polished , uni filter , full dg exhaust.
new bearings and bearing carrier, all it needs is rear tires.
He wants $3500 canadian for it.
