Im not sure about geometry but i do know that where the exhaust mounts by the grab bar is different.

It is only different between 04/05, and newer models. 06+ are all the same.

electric start and kick start have different sub frames. for the battery

the whole quad is exactly the same except for the decompression lever on the cam

I'm thinking it was 08 that they changed to automatic decompression?
