power commander question

the gray rev extender plug that plugs into the wire harness...is that just a bypass?? i bought a used PC and it dosnt have one... i need to find one or make one i guess....

its a rev extension plug...i dont know if it will work but im sure its kinda the same thing as the cherry bomb
