water pump questios

Well I was taking apart the cases for my polanda build so I could get them powder coated. I had some issues getting the pump out. Anyways here is the problem. I knocked out the metal collar piece and I looked on service honda but I don't see it on there. The one I have is trashed. Where can I get a new one or am I screwed

Hopefully you are refering to the mechanical seal part# 19217-657-023 its #3 in the service honda diagram. I have a thread in the tips and tricks section of TRX250R.net if you want to see some pics of how it is taken apart and put back together. I sent you a PM for more info. Tony

Once again pumashine you aRe the man. It is the mechanical seal mine was rusted to pieces I've never done it so I didn't know what to look for thanks a lot. I thought I was going to have to buy a case
