factory mid pipe.

im in need of the factory mid pipe for an 87-92 quadracer. i ordered a silencer from a local shop and they said it had the spark arrestor built in, well they were wrong after i found out from one of our friendly forest service rangers. a $250.00 dollar fine later, i went back to the shop and they ordered me a spark arrestor clamp on...wait another week, and its the round one instead of the oval...goofballs...so now they just give me an entirely new exhaust with spark arrestor built in, and they give me the 1 1/4" setup and i require the 1 1/8"...so i really need a factory midpipe or im headed to the exhaust shop to see how much it'll be for a new piece of stainless 1 1/8" tubing with the four bends and a flare. thanks in advance guys.

oh and by the way... i now have the original one they sold me for sale. fmf powercore 2 only rode for about 2 hours before i was ticketed.

I once had my packing fall out and have a straight pipe exhaust and book it home before people got pissed from the noise. I unfortunately do not have the parts you are looking for but I will keep an eye open for anything close. Best of luck!

87-92 didn't have stinger (mid pipe) only 85-86 did. It will fit though.

also another question...if someone might know. if i score a 85-86 stinger, will it for sure fit with my headpipe and spark arrestor? or is the 85-86 headpipe different than the 87-92?

The midpipe from an 85-86 will work. but no, the expansion chamber (headpipe) will not, they have completely diff shape and bend to them
