I found an antique in my shed today!

I came across an old pair of riding boots in my shed; these were probably my first pair of riding boots I ever bought. Probably from 1980 witch makes them 30 years old. (Made by Hallman) they still have some old dirt on them from back in the day.
Ahhhhh…. The memories!!

gotta love finding retro stuff! I was digging around at my buddies and found a set of the old 250r fenders from maier that are like 450rs if you take the fenders off, bright pink lol

a friend of mine has some old alpinestar boots that are about that old. the sole is starting to come off so he stoppef wearing them about 2 years ago. he said he was thinking about sending them back and seeing if they would replace the sole. cool find

thats pretty cool man!one day i was digging around in our barn and found some old alpinestars boots of my dads!and i also found some of his old riding gear,for some reason mlost of it was pink or had pink in it and i asked him why they where pink and hes like "pink was cool back then....".lol but i think i might start wearing his old answer chest protector(pink of course)then i found some old Jeremy Magrath replica helmets,and a jeremy Magrath replica jersey

yeah a few months back while cleaning a closet i found an old AXO jersey. yellow and orange... i think Damon Bradhaw used to wear that one...

and for real, i have that same helmet hanging on my garage wall witht her rest of my old skool helmet collection. was first closed face helmet i ever had.

also have a pair of High point blue racing boots that were my dads from his racing days. its got the huge steel shield on the front and all. you old skool guys will know what im talkin about.. there were the bomb back then. :D

The boots are so dry rotted that if I try to open them up to put my foot in they start cracking. They were covered in spider webs so there’s no telling what is living those things. I think I still have that helmet in the pic somewhere, I think I saw it awhile back when I was digging around. I think it’s a bell moto III but not sure. As for the jersey I know it’s long gone by now.

It was fun finding the boots though.
