any sportbike riders?

so i've seem to find a 1992 GSXR600 for sale, in the ad it says it will start and run for a minute then dies...he thinks its a carb issue. he only wants $600.00...i offered him 3 and he said beat his current offers of 4 and its all mine. would anyone else take this plunge? also it has 19,000 on the odometer.

idk much about the older street bikes so i cant help you out too much but ill tell you, once you start riding you get really hooked :D

plunge? $300 is nothing. Spend the $300, and if you get it running, you have a bike, and if not, throw it back on CL for 4-500.
