I have a buddy that put a 90cc Eton motor in a single a-armed DRR that I had, we came up with a newer style 90DRR stock pipe, my question is what does a stock 90 come with as far as rollers and clutch spring, Just trying to get it to run better, all I've built so far are 50's and 70's so I just need a good starting point instead of him wasting $$ thanks
Oh yea he's just racing local XC races

A good starting point would be red malossi torque and stall springs.
4.75 rollers worked great.

That set up does not sound to bad,but i think you need a gearing similar to 19-30 to make it work IMO.

We use a red Malossi 2000) with 4.25 and 20-30 gearing. Clutch and variator are stock.
