I just wanted to know if the 450r sprocket is compatible with the 400. I was told that the sprocket would fit on my 400ex.

Well i had the sprocket and before i got my answer i tried it. It will slide on but it will not stay on b/c the 450 sprocket doesnt have the holes to screw the keeper on.

yeah the 400ex sprocket is held on by two bolts threading into the actual sprocket. 450r sprockets get held on with one bolt going through the middle.

440ex. ehhh!!
