well at the start of last summer, i could bench around 135 pbs max, then i was helpin my freinds dad shingle their house one day and i fell off. 15 feet and landed on my right shoulder. (yea it hurt) well today i had a physiotherapy appointment and the doc was gettin me to do some benchin stuff and my max was 45kg's. without any pain. (thats around 99lbs) im proud! but i DO have to wear a shoulder brace for motocross this year. which is not the best but oh well, i shouldnt have been checkin tha ladies and walked off a roof lmfao. j/kin. i slipped and didn't clip myself in.
