What's crazy is if you pair that crank with an fst 91mm you'd have a 554cc motor.

thats actually the bike that im racing against in the videos of my bike. i didnt even know it was for sale. that bike is fast, if anyone has the money it will be a good buy. the boy that has this bike is an idiot. its a 7mm crank and a 1-3 tranny with a 89mm piston. he bought this bike exactly the way it is and knows nothing about it.

Seems like many drag ex's runnin a 1-3 override. Does anyone out there sell a lockup for an ex?

yea alot run 1-3 because thats all you can cut with a stroker crank and maybe even stock. i have looked everywhere and talked to everyone and cannot find a lockup so if you do let me know too.

I have done the same. I'm sure for the right price....someone could build one....I'm just suprised that no one has anything available. I'll keep you all posted if I find one!

what does it cost to get a 1-3 override trans for the 400 ex ? and where to get it done ?

400ex is just not the most popular drag bike, thats why you cant find a lockup. i think the trannys are about 500-600 dollars and if i was gonna get another one i would contact rudy kurtz in california, thats he done mine and he is the best. if you get him to do one, dont worry bout the looks of the tranny. they look like crap but they work smoother and better than any others i have seen.
