is there some reason the motor is tilted back so much?

The motor looks like its tilted back because the intake is in the front, its a reversed cylinder design. AS you can see the lettering on the clutch cover is level.

yeaa the tilt is normal it sits like that in the bike to its to bring the weight to the center as best as possible...i bet she handles amazing

Probably the nicest quad I've ever seen.
On another note, how is the yz bike that revolutionary? Cannondale had FI, and ran their motors backwards like the yz about 10-12 years ago!

And I would like to add that my CRF hybrid built in 04 uses the CRF bike front caliper on the rear, as I think many hybrids have done. So they didn't invent that either!
Still, probably the nicest most well thought out quad I've ever seen.
