400ex swingarm help !!!!

OK I went to tighten my chain yesterday and i loosened 3 out of the 4 alan head bolts on the rear of the swingarm well the one is stuck and It feels bent and it wont come out I have beat on it and it wont budge what should i do ?:mad:

For starters, take a C clamp and tighten down on the swingaram right next to the bolt, relieving the pressure off the threads. That should do it, but in the future, when tightening or loosening them, go in small incriments at a time, back and forth.
