1997 Big Bear front brake problem

My front brake lever will squeeze right to the bar and I have no front brakes at all. When I tried bleeding the lines on both wheels I would get a solid stream of fluid and no air bubbles. It does not appear as though there is air in the line. Can anyone advise me what I should be checking next. I also do not see any fluid leaks anywhere from the brake system.

Does the fluid that come out when you bleed it flow nice or jst lightly come out. It could be that your master cyclinder needs rebuilding because it isn't building up the pressure it needs
