Im putting a rear brake assembly together that has been sitting around for a while and it wont build any pressure. Ive tried using a bleeder and it dosent help. I think ive herd this can b a problem but don't remember what the fix was. please help. P.S I think its the master cylinder due to disconecting it from the caliper and trying to pump and no visable pressure created. also there is no noticable leaks.
