Have a 2005 450R. Problem: fuel is draining from the bottom of the carb out through the little drain tube. Is this a needle & seat problem, a float problem, etc.? How do I fix this or what may be causing it?

Your float is likely stuck. Take it apart and give it a thorough cleaning.

that was my understanding that a float which is hung up will cause the fuel to pour out the tube. Thanks.
