Can someone give me the run-down on any/all the restrictions they put on these 4-strokes. The manual and literature claims they are limited to 15mph - but doesn't say how. (Thumb throttle screw is not the issue)
It feels like there may be a spacer not letting the bike get into higher gear. It seems like it has more power to give but cant get out of low gear!!
